- Any delay beyond 7 business days is typically due to our delivery partner. While we will assist in resolving such cases, The Hardware Hut is not legally liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated based on product size, weight, and destination.
- All charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
- Any customs duties, local taxes, or additional charges levied by authorities at the delivery destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Information

- By placing an order, the customer agrees that The Hardware Hut’s liability ends once the package is handed over to the courier partner.
- Any disputes regarding delays, mishandling, or non-delivery caused by third-party courier services must be taken up directly with the respective courier, though we will assist where possible.
- False claims of non-delivery, misuse of the return policy, or fraudulent activities may result in legal action against the individual under applicable consumer protection and fraud laws.
- The Hardware Hut reserves the right to blacklist customers who repeatedly misuse shipping or delivery claims.
